WHAT'S COVERED?

Our guarantee protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship, ensuring that your Lost Loom product maintains its quality and durability within the applicable period. This includes:

  • Structural integrity issues that impact usability.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED?

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • General wear and tear from regular use.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.
  • Discolouration or fading from washing, exposure to sunlight, or chemicals.
  • Damage caused by third-party alterations, modifications, or repairs.
  • Changes in texture or softness due to natural use over time.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

If you believe your product has developed a fault within the guarantee period, please follow these steps:

2.  Provide the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

3.  Our team will assess your claim and advise on the next steps.

4.  If approved, you may need to return the product before a replacement or repair is issued.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • If a fault is confirmed, Lost Loom will cover the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
  • Any replacement product will carry the remainder of the original guarantee period.
